Shipping

We ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery within the United States. For international orders, delivery may take 10-20 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.

Returns

We want you to love your Aniko Mercy Collection products! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us via email at amc@anikomercy.com initiate your return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
